Hello Large & Lovelies,

Hope you all had a great weekend and that the Canadians out there had a happy Thanksgiving. We had dinner with some friends on Sunday and on Monday Jeff and I went for a 3km hike (hilly, rocky and rooty) an hours drive away. I probably lost 3-4 litres of fluid. Yes people, summer was back this weekend. Luckily it's been cool at night for sleeping.
