Ergonomics

October 11 2011 Ergonomics Newsletter

The latest article from the Ergonomics site at BellaOnline.com looks at how people deal with change. The approach is from a group change, but the concepts can apply to the individual and their relationship with a salesperson. These issues can arise even within a single person looking at the merits of a particular situation.

Changing the Work Environment
Making changes, even small changes is difficult. I recently read a web posting from a person who was very unhappy with a chair purchase. A very expensive, very reputable chair was creating some body aches. This article deals with how to identify an adjustment period as opposed to a problem.
