Greetings from the Land of OZ!

The frost is definitely on the pumpkin tonight. BRRR! Of course, some of our northern neighbors have already had snow. I know that there was snow last week in Colorado. I went to the webcam of Rocky Mountain National Park and was surprised to see more than a bit of the fuzzy white stuff on the ground.

Do you ever use webcams to help you relax? There are times when I just need a break. Two webcams help me. The RMNP webcams are wonderful. There are three different views. Glacier National Park also has multiple webcams. I especially enjoy the Apgar Lookout and Lake McDonald. They are two of the most beautiful scenes that I have ever laid eyes on. I'll put the urls at the end of the newsletter.

When I first started writing for BellaOnline, one of my favorite articles was about Halloween Safety. It's still good stuff. This week, I also wrote an updated version. There are some different pieces of information in each. A link to the older article is included at the bottom the newer one.

Did you enjoy Halloween as a child? I loved it! Kids with ADD can have a wonderful time on Halloween! It works well with their natural high spirits, energy, and creativity. However, parents need to add structure to the evening to help their little ghosts and goblins stay safe.
