Telly Talk:

It's official: the mucky mouthed chef is telly's most terrifying tyrant. Gordon Ramsay topped the Radio Times poll to find the scariest celeb, edging quiz master Anne Robinson into second place.

Pity poor Simon Curtis competing on telly's toughest quiz, Mastermind. He recorded the lowest score in the show's history- one measly point.

Coronation Street may be moving across town- due to plans to relocate Granada's studios to Salford. That's 49,000 bricks, 6,500 slates and all the cobbles. The current studio facilities are almost 50 years old and in need of a serious revamp.

The National Television Awards, the only ones decided wholly by the public, will be announced on October 31st, and the show will air the next day on ITV. The shortlist is up, decided by more than a million votes, so pick your favourites now.

That's all for this week.

See you soon.
