I'm in pain. Actual joint pain. And it's because I ate a high carb meal. If my pain today isn't enough to remind me of why a low carb diet is so important, I'm not sure what is.

High Carb / Sugar Diet and Joint Pain
I ate two large bowls of Pad Thai last night, full of starch and sugar. I woke up with joint pain. Coincidence? Nope. A diet high in carbs or sugar can easily lead to joint inflammation and pain.
