I hope this week's newsletter finds you well or on the mend. I've had a rush of headaches this week with the weather change, both colder and damper than it has been. Where would we be without Advil?
This week I've also had to care for/ keep an eye on my dog who had two lumpectomies which helps me segway into my it's almost the end of October reminder. Have you done at least one breast exam this month? Get on it! Here's a Breast Health Quiz to test your breast health knowledge (it's a few years old but you get the idea).
