I hope this email finds you well and happy. It's been a wild few days getting ready for the Halloween Carnival here. Eight pans of brownies and more to get done. Should turn into an interesting weekend.

How are things in your neck of the woods? Great I hope! I've truly enjoyed the cooler weather. Cooler weather here points my tastes to winter squash and pumpkins and all the holiday goodies. I've put up a recipe for a roasted squash with chicken salad which is just delicious. I hope you enjoy it too if you get to try it.
