I spent a day working for Health Care for America Now and had a conversation that made me think about how certain Americans view things and why, in my opinion, that viewpoint needs to change. Here's the article I wrote about my experience.

We Need a New Myth
There are adherents to the cowboy myth among us today who oppose changing our health care system. But the cowboy myth, with its “bring it on” swagger, is outdated. And it's stalling progressive change.
