Trigger Finger - Repetitive Strain Finger Pain
Mouse and keyboard use can cause finger pain. One common cause of finger pain is called trigger finger. Trigger finger is a swelling of tendons that bend the fingers causing snapping and pain in the fingers. Here are some tips on how to avoid this common finger repetitive strain injury.

Typing style and mouse use can contribute greatly to the development of repetitive strain injuries. Remember to keep those fingers relaxed while typing and manipulating the mouse.

Believe it or not, a wireless mouse can make a huge difference in typing. Less force is needed to manipulate the wireless mouse. By the end of the day, the hand will be less fatigued.
