Hello, Everyone--
My latest article on the Feng Shui site at BellaOnline.com is all about the Feng Shui Wood Element. In Feng Shui, the "Five Elements" is the term we use to describe color, shape, and texture. The Five Elements are Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and each has a characteristic shape and colors, and each brings different attributes into your life. The Wood Element represents growth, expansion, and vitality. Wood Element objects are wood furniture, plants and flowers, and the color green.
The article describes how to use the Wood Element in your home and office so you can activate its attributes and move forward in your life and career.
For example:
-- "Green up” your home by replacing any art that is dull and sad with images that show growing things, like a beautiful meadow of spring tulips or daffodils.
-- If you need to feel energized against the cold, dark winter day, wear blues and greens, plant-based fibers, or floral patterns.
-- To encourage a happy and long marriage, decorate with the color green.
-- To enhance family harmony, add green to the room where your family gathers.
The article also includes a list of objects you can find around your home that activate the Feng Shui Wood Element.
