Folklore and Mythology

November 21 2012 Folklore and Mythology Newsletter

I must sincerely apologize to all who received my original newsletter today. There is a correction to be made about the brined turkey recipe I told you about. The turkey must soak in the brine for at least 6 hours and no more than 12 hours. Please excuse my error of saying 24 hours -- my gosh, I think the turkey would turn to complete salt after 24 hours of soaking in brine.

Have a very Happy Thanksgiving.
