- Quick recap of related articles to date: Gourmet Cranberry Sauces; Glazed Greens with Tofu; Thanksgiving Fruit Cider - Apple; Glazed Pumpkin Butternut Squash Lasagna; Cranberry Apricot Smokey Glazed Veggie Meatballs

- Last week finished up with a bit of a bang. I discovered a serious glitch in the studios camera. Apparently I was issued a camera that was supposed to have been serviced bysony -NOT! I got to the studio to log and rough-cut edit my recipe demo footage only to find that the footage was all screwy. I know that i told you all that I wouldn't bother do a bunch of editing on this one, but it looked so bad that I really don't think that it would be a good idea to put it online. I shot a total of four recipe demos and was very happy with the process until I started transferring the footage to my hard drive. I'll be in the studio today and tomorrow to see if there's anything that can be salvaged from it to get it out to you within these next 2 days. Fingers crossed! -Really bummed about that! I'm also looking into re-shooting it, but now we're down to the wire. We'll C.

so, without further ado...
