Low Carb

November 3 2015 Low Carb Newsletter

Greetings and Salutations, everyone! I'm glad Halloween is over. I only ate a few things and even so my body felt awful the next day! I really need to just not do it. It is short term pleasure for long term aches :).

Which brings me to this new study!

Sugary Sodas and Heart Failures
A study from the British Medical Journal finds that drinking sugary drinks or sodas can increase the risk of heart failure by nearly 25%. Why is this, and what can you do to protect your heart health?

Do you guys drink sugary soda? I weaned myself off a while back. And now I've weaned myself off of even diet sodas. I found that something in them (the chemicals?) made me achey. It takes a while to do but it's worth tackling.

As we head toward 2016 (I know, scary, right?) I'm preparing to revamp my low carb books with the latest news and information. If you'd like to see an ebook of one of them and offer feedback I'd love suggestions on what to add in! Let me know which one you'd like to see and which format (MOBI for Kindle, EPUB, or PDF).
