I just found this site that offers online mentoring and consulting, whether it be on communication needs or just information regarding autism. Joanne M. Cafiero, Ph.D is the author of a book called Meaningful Exchanges for People with autism. The cover of the book seen on this site and available along with other books, shows a white communication box similar to the Cheap Talk my son Matthew utilizes.

I am going to order her book with my next paycheck as it looks very useful.

I got a copy from amazon yesterday of Understanding Autism For Dummies and think it will be a good book to get relatives as a holiday gift. I hope to read portions of it soon so I can review it on the site.
