Hey Guys,

This was a pretty fun and busy week. I had to pull out some shortcut methods to prep my meals these past few weeks to get us fed in a timely manner. For those of you who may be thinking, "I thought Jason always used his shortcut methods in the kitchen! So why would he have to pull them out to use them now?" I just want to let you know... I don't always use them. I actually enjoy the process of spending my time in my sanctuary [my kitchen] and just flowing, cooking dishes, working out new recipes, etc. It's my way of decompressing and moving my energy over to my creative side. These past couple of weeks though were wrought with a bunch of projects to be finished and I didn't have the time to take my time in the kitchen, ergo, 'pulling out the shortcut methods'. Well good thing is that it allowed me to publish something I'm sure you all can relate to: fast & easy, convenient, tasty cooking around crunch time.
