Your Character Strengths and ADD
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
In the past, I have offered free downloads of my book, Building School Success with ADD. Next week, I will offer it as a holiday gift in my article. I am telling you about it now. I have already set the cost to free, but you, my newsletter subscribers, are the only people who know that.
Here is a link to the book with instructions about how to access it for free. If you have any problems, please e-mail me via my bio. Start by pasting the link address into your browser, then follow the instructions for registering.

Here are the steps for registering. It’s as easy as 1-2-3-4-5-6!
1. After you click on the Related Link below this article, go to the bottom of the new page and register.
2. Type in your e-mail address.
3. Choose the public name that you want to be known by at BellaOnline.
4. Decide on a password.
5. Tell us your birthday, since you need to be older than 13 to register.
6. Let us know if you are male or female.
That’s it. After you are fully registered, you can download Building School Success with ADD. Since the book is free this month, it does not go through PayPal. I hope that you enjoy my gift to you. Feel free to tell friends and family about this deal. Since I am grateful for your support, they may also download it for free until February 2, 2017.
This week I explored a way to bring my strengths to the forefront. I went to the website for VIA (Values in Action) Institute on character and took their survey. It was easy, and it did not take a lot of time. I enjoyed the process and found their information useful. If you take the survey, would you be comfortable sharing some results with me? I would love to know your first 4 and last 4 character strengths. You could e-mail me via my bio or post in the forum. Why am I asking this? Well, I have an idea where most folks with ADD would find these strengths. Even though my survey would have a small sample, I thing that it would be interesting. I would be willing to post results, minus folks' names, of course.
As person with ADD, you are aware of many of your strengths. Would you be interested in more information about those strengths? One tool that you can use is the VIA Inventory of Strengths. It can be taken for no cost online. Use the info about your strengths to solve problems and improve your life!
