My husband worked for Disney for many years, so he's got great stories. One day he overheard a lady who had walked up to the front desk of the Grand Californian hotel. She politely asked the desk agent when the pilates class started. Confused, the agent asked what she meant. The lady replied that she saw Caribbean pilates located on the map, and she was interested in trying it out. Realizing the guest's mistake, the desk agent quickly grabbed a Disneyland Park map and pointed out that what she'd seen was the water ride Pirates of the Caribbean, and not an exercise class.
