Hello and Season’s Greetings!
I hope this newsletter finds you well, and in the comfort of a loving home.
If you are alone, I pray that you will feel the presence of Love near you.
I just have a couple of holiday suggestions:
Natural Aromatherapy (in place of candles)
Stove Top Potpourri
1 Qt. pan – fill ¾ water
2 Tbsp. grd. Cinnamon or 4-5 sticks
1 tsp. grd. Clove or tsp. whole cloves, crushed
1 – whole orange
1 – whole lemon
Directions: gently stir in first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Cut in quarters both orange and lemon. Squeeze juice completely out into pot, seeds and all. Twist rind and drop in! ½ tsp. vanilla ext.
Simmer on stove top on Low for about 1 ½ hrs. Check water level. Can add more water if need to stretch time with guests. NO SUGAR. Discard when no longer needed. The longer it simmers the better it will smell. DO NOT DRINK. NOT FOR CHILDREN. Enjoy!
Vinegar Cocktail - remedy to cut indigestion (in case of rich rood!)
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar w/1 cup water. Stir well. Sip slowly. Try to drink as much of it as you can, a little is better than nothing. Works like a charm. It will alleviate the fat in your gut and intestines, and take the pressure off of your vascular system overnight. Should not interfere with medication, or give side-effects. You may feel a slight flushing sensation, with a slight sweat response, but that is a good sign. Completely natural.
From my home to yours, I wish you a Merry Christmas and the happiest of holidays! And per chance we miss each other next week, have a very Happy, Safe, Healthy (& Prosperous) New Year!
Blessings,
Rann
