School is out in Kansas for the holidays, and everybody is excited. As a teacher, I watched my students leave with smiles on their faces. However, as most teachers know, kids get a bit anxious before a holiday. Some may not enjoy coming to school, but school provides a safe and predictable structure for their lives, and many kids with ADD are especially in need of structure.

Holidays can be wonderful, but they are inherently stressful, especially if you have children with ADD. Keeping a good schedule for the youngsters with ADD is important.
