Wii-itis & Other New Repetitive Injuries
As technology is rapidly changing, so too is the type of repetitive injuries that children and adults alike are experiencing. Here is a summary of a few of the newer injuries that are being caused by newer technology.

Here are a few great stretches for those who are working and playing too hard!
Interlace your fingers gently behind your head. Open up your elbows as widely as you comfortably can while simultaneously squeezing your shoulder blades together. Hold for five seconds then close your elbows as if trying to touch them together gently in front of your face. Hold for five seconds. Repeat this exercise 3-5 times.
Leaving your hands interlaced gently behind your head, slowly arch your upper back as if you are trying to look at the ceiling. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.
