Greetings from the Land of OZ!

Thank you for sharing with me this journey of discovery into the interesting, challenging, and wonderful world of Attention Deficit Disorder. A little over a year ago, I became the editor of the ADD Site. There were huge shoes to fill. Erika Lyn Smith had been the editor, and her articles inspired and intimidated me. With encouragement from the visitors to the site and the newsletter subscribers, I charged ahead and over the past year have written over 80 articles. I saved the best for last. The Insomnia and ADD article was a favorite. Today, I post for you an updated article about insomnia called Insomnia with ADD. People with Attention Deficit Disorder may have a lot of problems getting to sleep. Find out about insomnia and what can be done about it.


All of the articles on the Attention Deficit Disorder Site are now my work. It is a fitting way to end the old year and ring in 2012 to have the last of Erika's articles be replaced by mine.
