Hi everyone! I hope this finds you well and happy. I'm doing ok here. Looking to have one more surgery soon then I hope to get back to college classes again. IN the meantime it's about planting season for those here in the US. Mom already has tomatoes started in the house in anticipation of that fresh taste you just can't get in the stores! I'm looking forward to fresh veggies and those great summertime salads!

Speaking of good foods...Have you ever tried blini? These tiny pancakes are really easy to make and you can experiment with tastes and make your own special elegant little treat to compliment any meal or event! I've also included a recipe for Crème Fráiche that is sometimes served with these. Try them and see what you come up with :)
