Hello Everyone,

I hope you have had a great year so far.  February has many holidays - Groundhog Day, Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras, Valentine's Day, and President's Day to name a few - and for those who are busy (and who isn't?) it's not always possible to celebrate each of them properly.  I'm adding recipes as often as time permits for each of the holidays coming up, so check the site regularly for new ones.  Since it's cold in many parts of the world during February, it's also a great time to serve soups and comfort dishes. 

Not only are there several new holiday recipes for the month of February, there are also recipes for quick and easy soups and even a couple of "hot dishes!"  If you don't know what a "hot dish" is, read the article or ask someone from Minnesota!  Follow the links for the latest, especially the new quick and easy Valentine dishes--there's still time!

If you like the recipes you see or want specific new ones, please let me know either through the Quick Cooking Forum or my email, and by all means tell your friends!
