Hello everyone. I hope this letter finds you well and happy. We've had the flu going around here and I drew the short straw this year. I'm hoping that this will all be over soon though.

I've put a few articles up recently on dipping sauces and this last one I included my recipe for coconut chicken and coconut shrimp. If you haven't tried coconut chicken then you are sure missing out! It's so good! Do you have a favorite chicken recipe? I'd love to hear about it.. I'm always up to try different recipes.
