I wrote this article because lately I haven't been having a lot of fun - and the quote by Brook Shields just cracked me up. She said it back in the 1980s when she was a teen-aged model doing an anti-smoking ad.

But for as fun as the quote was - it struck me about what we consider important in life. For me, there are a lot of very important things I have to do every day. None of them are very fun it seems.

Between finishing my graduate degree, raising my son, tending to my mum, and working and writing AGH! Somewhere I fell off the list I tell you. I'm sure you know the feeling too.

But I've put myself back on the Things To Do List -- and I have resolved to have more fun this year. Whether it's a big trip for a week-long vacay or just a quiet evening at home with a good book and a bottle of fine wine, having fun is good for your soul!

So the discussion topic this week is "What's Fun For You?"
