Tip of the Week (in honor of our budget theme):
Double eyeshadow as eyeliner. All you need is a eyeliner brush (thin, stiff bristles). Take the brush and load up on the shadow (tapping the excess off) and apply as you would any liner. One trick I use that works is to wet the shadow before applying it-this way it come on a bit bolder as a liner and enhances your pretty eyes!
