Successful People with ADD

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

When I was a full-time teacher, many of the kids who I taught had ADD. Very few of them felt successful. Failure weighed on them like a large sack of stones. Kids with Attention Deficit Disorder need somebody to teach them to be successful. If this doesn't happen for them as children, each of them needs to learn to be successful as an adult. What does this entail?
