This week I'd like to urge every one of you to consider writing a letter to your state legislators in support of gifted education in the public schools. There's not enough programming available to nurture the high ability learners, and many who are left unchallenged are tuning out or dropping out of high school. Let your state senators and representatives know that you are concerned about the future of gifted education and our best and brightest.
