Hola,
Zamora is not visited by many foreign tourists but if you are ever in or near Northwestern Michoacan it is certainly worth the journey to experience life in this Western Central Mexican mid-sized city. There are plenty of interesting things to do, see, and eat there. And do try the Chongos Zamoranos!

Zamora the City of Chongos
Every December, Zamora, the third largest city in Michoacan, is home to a chongos festival. However, the city has much more to offer than just its delicious milk curd dessert. The sanctuary, the cultural centers, the sprawling market, the Mercado Morelos, and the main plaza are all worth seeing.
