By the nature of the topic, information is probably more educational than entertaining, but I will give it my best shot to present the material in such a way that you are not bored to tears. Let me know if my site needs a little boost once in a while because I strive to keep you as a visitor to the site.

I am committed to the concept of home ownership because I believe all individuals and families should enjoy all the social and financial benefits that come with it. Currently I am a Realtor® in Florida, but for many years I worked for a non-profit agency concentrating on community development and affordable housing for low-income families. It was always a joy to see an individual or family open the door for the very first time to their own piece of real estate.

In my role as a Realtor®, it is fantastic to see the faces of my customers when they find their special home. It also gives me great pleasure to be able to offer my knowledge and experience to save them money and give them tips on avoiding pitfalls during the purchase or sale of a home.

Whether you are a first-time home buyer or purchasing your fifth home, you will find information in this newsletter and on the home ownership site to help you. I hope you will read my newsletters and pass them along to friends. Remember, to let me know if you have suggestions.
