Enjoy Spring Break with ADD
Greetings from the Springtime Land of OZ!
Well, it is hard to believe that 20+ inches of snow can vanish in a few days, but it has! There are a few piles of gray looking snow left by the sides of the roads, but most of it is gone. Instead, there is the greening of our landscape. Daffodils are up and the lilies are not far behind. What does it look like where you are at? Are the days getting longer (Northern Hemisphere) or shorter (Southern Hemisphere)? Wherever you are, the chances are pretty good that at some point your kids will have a school holiday. In Kansas, we call it Spring Break. Do you love and look forward to those times of family togetherness, or do you grit your teeth?
Spring Break can be a time of renewal for families who have children with Attention Deficit Disorder. Plan some enjoyable activities. Structure the time, so that everybody will enjoy the family time together. Here are some articles that can help your family create a fantastic Spring Break.
