Greetings from the Land of OZ!

Wow, we have really had the weather changes around here! Today it was almost 70 degrees, but a couple of days ago it was in the 20s! Our daffodils seem to have survived. They are lending a splash of bright, sunshiny color to our front and back yards.

Finding Focus with Color
There are times when I am stressed out or trying to work through a complex problem. With Attention Deficit Disorder, either of those things can be difficult. I need an adult fidget. I want something that allows me to fidget and also hook into my creativity. Coloring a mandala does that for me!
