Hey guys- The second in the series of Barbeque articles is up and the third will go on Saturday March 24. Be sure to check these out. I hope that you will enjoy the three articles. Barbeque is such an integral part of our lives in the South. Also, there is a recipe for a divine guacamole in article 2. Let me know if you have any great recipes with a southern flair that I could brag about.

The Miss USA pageant will be held Friday night. Let's see if we can represent again as well as we did in Miss America. Saturday we can discuss the pageant in the forum if you are interested.
