ADD and Improving Depression

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

It's been a crazy ride around here with our weather. One day we are sweating and into shorts and flip-flops, while the next we shiver and drag out earmuffs and gloves. There are times when life is like that, too. It's smooth sailing, all of the way, and life could not be better. After that, things can change, and life can be a series of difficulties.

With Attention Deficit Disorder, it is not a matter of simply working with the symptoms of ADD. Depression can also travel alongside of the ADD I want to share some actions that can help keep people from sliding into a serious depression or may lessen the duration and symptoms of a depression.
