FOOD TIP:
----------------------------

When there's a financial consideration and you need good equipment and materials to work with, don't freak out thinking that you have to get everything at once. Start with getting or saving for the thing that's going to make the most healthful impact and build from there. Ex: My wife and I wanted a blender/processor that wouldn't break down on us like ALL of the others we've had [we put our kitchen equipment through the paces - it's no place for the weary!], so we designed a plan to save our monies in order to purchase our VitaMix. It worked and we have our VitaMix to use everyday! We use it in almost every application of food prep and know that it is by far our best in-kitchen purchase. Find out what yours are and create a plan to acquire them.
