This week's Teen site article is the captivating conclusion to last week's interview with author Katherine Mayfield about her critically acclaimed memoir "The Box of Daughter"- an intriguing look into one woman's journey of overcoming childhood emotional trauma.

I must say that it has been a pleasure to work with Ms. Mayfield, and that I cannot wait to read her next book! Throughout the interview, Ms. Mayfield explains her personal troubles and how she eventually conquered those troubles in order to lead a better and more fulfilling life.

She expresses her aspirations regarding her memoir in the interview, hoping that it will enrich the lives of young people everywhere so that they will know that they are not alone if they are struggling with issues of self-acceptance and self-esteem. She wants people to know that communication with another person is very important if you have a problem.
