April is almost here. Seems the weather got colder here in Los Angeles from the past week so we are back to long sleeves. Nicholas had spring break last week and we visited the zoo. Next week I am touring two special ed centers to see if either is suitable for Matthew to attend Middle School and perhaps even high school. I don't like the idea of a special ed center, but they teach life skills and would be a safer and secure environment through these turbulent adolescent years.

I finally found a pool for private swim lessons for Nicholas 4 25 minute sessions in heated pool for $66.00. We will be doing that in the coming weeks. Nicholas just turned 13 last week and Matt will be turning 12 at the end of June. Nick was excited to go from size 12 jeans to size 16.

I bought a new vehicle - we moved up from a 1993 Ford Aerostar to a 2003 Dodge Caravan Sport. Matthew loved having access to windows and this seems to be working out okay without that and my skin is appreciating the air conditioning. I left the antenna autism ball on the other vehicle when I traded it in, so I ordered another one from Unlocking Autism here -
