NEWS GETTING YOU DOWN?

There is so much going on in the world today that it seems like there is nothing but negativity and sorrow. I have tried to avoid the news and concentrate of what is close to my heart, family. Sitting at a dinner table talking to my loved ones, helps with tough times.

Taking a walk outside and getting fresh air is great. Wake up early in the morning, so early that you can smell that brand new day smell. It is refreshing and good for the soul.

WHAT WORDS BEST DESCRIBE YOU?

Make a list of positive words that describe who you are as a person. And if you want to be a bad girl, write down sexy, naughty words and say them out loud and proud. "I love being naughty" or "my legs are sexy" are just a few delicious (that's another) words I can think of.
