In the Northern Hemisphere, we eagerly anticipate the entrance of summer! Fresh food is available. We eat differently in the summer at our house!

I can't say that I was ever a proponent of the ADD and diet ideas. However, this new research is making me sit up and pay attention to diet as one possible cause. I included the url to one of the studies. It makes fascinating reading, if you enjoy technical reading.
