Chipotle chilies are jalepenos that have been smoked and packed in Adobo sauce. They are truly delicious, have depth of flavor and you can regulate the heat by removing the seeds. You can eat this with rice as in this recipe or turn it into a family taco night with flour tortillas or hard shells!
