JENNIFER WILLIAMS who will be teaching at the Fringe Element in Canada this fall reports that she does not design the pattern pages for the Ring of Tatters. They are sent in by members and are edited by Helen Stammers. She does, however, design the patterns for the Pattern Club, as well as the ones on her website.
