It has been a while since I last sent you a newsletter. For that I have no excuse other than to say that life got ahead of me and things started happening all at once. This is not an excuse but an explination. I really have no excuse. So, please forgive me.

I have just written a new article on GBLT Students and whether or not they are disadvantaged. It stems from an argument I got in with one of my universities UCOSO members. UCOSO stands for the University Committee On Sexual Orientation. It is a group of faculty and staff who discuss gay things. It is the faculty staff version of our student organziation UNITY but with more power and clout. But anyways, this argument was about whether or not glbt students were disadvantaged in the academic arena. I arguesd that they were in some respects and not in others. He argued they were in all respect. So this article stems from that and what I have learned regarding the situation.
