WELCOME TO THE CAREER TRAINING CONNECTOR

Quote of the week: “Look at a day when you were supremely satisfied at the end. It’s not a day when you lounge around doing nothing. It’s when you’ve had everything to do, and you’ve done it” – Margaret Thatcher

Important communication tools:

1. Instead of “you” statements, try using the word “I”. “You” statements are usually perceived as placing blame or attacking.

2. Take responsibility about the way you feel. Don’t let others choose the way you are going to feel today. You can choose to make it a great day.
