In the past few years researchers have quit pooh-poohing the notion that the negative symptoms of ADD can be increased or decreased by a person's diet. In fact, research now indicates that there is a group of people with ADD who are very sensitive to dyes and preservatives.
About every 6-8 weeks, I'm going to be developing recipes that are good nutrition. They will have the hallmarks that they hit the criteria for good nutrition for folks with ADD. Most of them will be easy to make and not too expensive.
