I decided to take one night off, so that I could introduce the dancers on stage and entertain the crowd. It was the kind of role that I had always wanted to do, since I've seen the best of the best do it.

THINKING OF THE PEOPLE IN JOPLIN

My prayers and energy go out to those who are suffering, who have lost and who have survived. Although we only see tragedy, there are a lot of great stories about those who made it. I heard a story on CNN about a graduation ceremony that by just chance, it was relocated to another building. The original location was totally destroyed. Had the graduation ceremony went on as scheduled at the original location, the number of deaths would have been so much more. Miracles.

People of Joplin, you are in my prayers.
