Most of us like a little glow, but don't want to look like an Oompa Loompa or a member of the cast of a particular reality show that enjoys doing laundry and working out.

* For very fair skin, you don't need a brown bronzer. Rather, try a shimmer brick that mixes peach, pinks, rich gold and tan colors. For the big spenders, Bobbi Brown or Laura Mercier. If you'd rather try a drugstore brand, Physician Formula is the most popular.

* Medium Skin: Nars has a great selection, Laguna is popular, as well as Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess. Drugstore Savers, there are some great options- NYC Smooth Skim Bronzer is cheaper then your Starbucks Latte, and Neutrogena also comes recommended.

* Dark Skin: Bobbi Brown in Dark and Deep and Physician's Formula Bronzers.
