CH = 10 ds 2nd petal = CL 16 passes alternating colors + 2nd picot.
3rd petal = CL 16 passes alternating
CH = 10 ds. 4st petal = CL 16 passes alternating colors + 3rd picot.
Continue around until complete. Finish with CL + 1st picot.

CH = 12 ds 2nd petal = CL 16 passes alternating colors + 3rd picot

Pass the shuttle through the arch formed to cross the petals
