Hello!
This week's article finishes up my series on Vitamins. As I noted previously, I became interested in this topic when my doctor advised me that I had a Vitamin D deficiency and prescribed a six-month long period of supplements. I was surprised that I had a vitamin deficiency, because I live in the United States and eat what I thought was a balanced diet.
That's when I realized I wasn't really informed on the subject of vitamins as a whole. I've learned a lot over the past few weeks as I researched this topic, and I hope you have, too!
So, without further ado, here's the latest article from the Biology site at BellaOnline.com!
