Better Nutrition Helps ADD
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
We are working on having better nutrition at our house. It comes down to eating fewer prepared foods and increasing our veggies and fruits. Well, to be honest, we also need to limit our meats and change the fats that we eat. Everybody here feels better lately, so I wanted to share.
Limiting the negative symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder takes a multi-modal approach. Nutrition is one thing that you can control. Make your creativity work for you! Design an eating plan that satisfies your body's needs, reduces ADD symptoms, while it also helps you enjoy your meals.
