As some of you may now be aware of, my own community has been struck by one of the worst floods to hit the area in over 500 years. In speaking to a representative from FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency), I was told that the damages could turn out to be worse than Katrina. Currently, we have all been evacuated and are now in temporary housing.
This being the case, I will do my best to keep the newsletter going as regularly as possible, however, there may be times when we need to move and I will be unable to get online for one reason or another, throughout the duration of these things. I thank you all for your kindness and your patience.
